What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the information you type into the form: your email address, and optionally your name, the role that best describes you, your company, and the approximate size of your portfolio. We also record which page the signup came from so we know what's working.

What we do with it

• Email you a confirmation, and let you know when your spot opens up
• Occasionally share product news while we're building
• Understand who's interested, so we build the right thing first

That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, we don't share your email with contractors or any other third party, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Who can see it

Your information is stored in our database and is accessible to the Tenants & Doors team. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, and email delivery; they process this data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we retire it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@tenantsndoors.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll take care of it.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects you, we'll email everyone on the waitlist rather than quietly updating this page.
